Speaking about the products, managing director Jon Osborne explained: “Coming from an electronic security background I am really excited about the CI market as its members really seem to grasp new technology and it’s easy to get excited about your products when your customers share that enthusiasm. We see the custom install market as a major part of our business in the UK and Europe, which is why we have obtained CEDIA membership and have announced our intention to be at CEDIA Expo in Dallas, Essential Install live! North and at ISE 2016 in Amsterdam.”
Sentinel Plus Integration
“We are extremely excited to announce this integration with Sentinel Plus as it represents a huge market opportunity for Visualint & Monitor Computer Systems, as up until now video analytics have not been widely deployed due to perceptions of high cost, poor performance, and troublesome set up,” said a company spokesperson.
“Creating reliable, stable detection systems that promote confidence and security is what we as an industry strive for and we believe that Visualint’s has the ability to completely change the way we approach property protection allowing for reliable early detection that nullifies potential threats before they enter.”
Visualint CCTV products have built in analytical intelligence, allowing them to identify and differentiate between objects such as people, vehicles and animals.
Each camera can have up to 100 individual detection zones or tripwires in its field of view, coupled with intelligent rules such as objects left and abandoned.
The intelligent video offers direct integration with Savant, Control 4, Crestron and Bitwise, meaning this information is directly relayed to the user’s intelligent home to trigger custom automation patterns or security scenarios.
