After a soft launched conducted over the past three months, the new Crestron Centralised Sales Support Service is now officially up and running.
Crestron installers can tap into a whole group of services within the online service including; technical and pricing related advice for all products, system design review and quotation (AV, Lighting and Shades), comparative analyses for competitive projects and quotes and Crestron design drawings (special project request only).
Installers need to provide some basic information when requesting a quote or Request for Proposal (RFP) and Crestron provides the rest.
Project details needed include project name, location, end-user, vertical market, contact details and also things like when the quote needs to be delivered by.
Kit list and whatever technical drawings are already available also need to be provided as well as a description of the work to be carried out. The vertical markets covered are listed within the system and are adopted in the Quote Request Tool.

Quote Request Tool
Crestron says it has introduced improvements to the Quote Request Tool based on installer feedback, with more improvements to come. New features include; vertical market-selection (required), global enterprise partners-selection features coming soon include Country and City-selection.
For each Quote Request a unique number is assigned to the enquiry which can be used for further communication/reference.
Crestron customers can also request a quote via the .eu-portal as the Quote Request Tool is available/accessible for them.
