Crestron has announced details for Masters 2018, the exclusive event for its premier programmers. This year the event will take place April 10-12, in the U.S. and May 15-17, in Europe.

The Crestron Masters is a by-invitation-only conference that offers Crestron Certified Programmers the opportunity to stay on top of the latest Crestron technology and industry best practices through a wide array of training classes, while networking and sharing knowledge with peers.

It’s a pretty intense programme that really does give a detailed view of the company’s vision for the future, as Ce Pro found out when we exclusively covered the event in 2016.

“It’s a constant challenge to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in our industry, and to truly master system design and programming. These elite programmers take time out of their busy schedules to attend Masters to do just that. They’re the most dedicated and driven members of our industry,” says Fred Bargetzi, Crestron CTO.

With nearly 800 premier Crestron programmers filling 35 training classes in more than 94 sessions, and taking in networking events and entertainment, Masters 2017 was seen as success expanding its reach and programme considerably from previous years.

Crestron says Masters 2018 promises to be even bigger and better. Locations for 2018 are; Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, for the US leg and the Mövenpick Hotel, Amsterdam, for the European event.

New this year is Master Technology Architect (MTA) courses for designers. Architects can choose from any of the MTA courses.

Masters 2018 will feature expanded sessions, more presenters and Crestron engineers in attendance, and a knowledge level assigned to each course. Networking events will provide participants with the opportunity to relax and connect with Crestron Certified Programmers globally.

As attendance is by-invitation-only, Crestron Certified Programmers will receive an invitation email with a unique registration code. Registration ends Friday, March 16, 2018. Crestron has arranged for rooms at both venue locations in the U.S. and Europe at a special Crestron rate. Learn more direct from the company.
