The new BenQ LU950 BlueCore laser projector has been created to combine efficient installation flexibility and enduring laser performance.
The latest addition to its full line of BlueCore projectors delivers laser-powered high brightness visual communication with over 20,000 hours of guaranteed maintenance-free operation.
Equipped with the powerful BlueCore laser projection engine, BenQ LU950 produces 5,000 lumens of brightness and WUXGA high-resolution image clarity backed up with the peace of mind delivered by laser operation and the convenience of no lamp maintenance.
“LU950 offers the ideal projection solution for today’s businesses,” says Conway Lee, president of BenQ Corporation. “In addition to the ultimate image quality and lasting perfection of BlueCore laser projection, LU950 provides exactly the installation features needed for a wide range of conference room settings without the added complexity and cost of AV installation products.”
Enhancing the durability of the long-lasting BlueCore laser light source and DLP reliability, the LU950 is also equipped with BenQ Dust Guard Pro technology with sealed laser modules and light engines to protect the DMD chip, colour wheel sensor, laser bank, and all optical components.
The maker says Dust Guard Pro eliminates colour wheel sensor failures, visible spots on the image, and colour decay to deliver pristine image quality without service costs and downtime.
To accommodate diverse needs of meeting rooms, training centers, and lecture halls of all sizes, LU950 provides wide-range horizontal and vertical lens shift, 1.6x big zoom, and 360° projection capabilities along with digital image resizing/shrinking and image memory settings to facilitate enterprise-grade installation flexibility.
Combined with long-distance single-cable HDBaseT support and digital HDMI multiple-projector daisy chaining, BenQ argues the LU950 BlueCore laser projector provides exactly the features and laser performance that businesses need without unnecessary complexity and cost of bulky AV installation models.
The beamer is fully compatible with third-party solutions including Extron, Crestron, AMX, and PJ-Link, LU950 can be managed by BenQ MDA, enabling IT managers to centrally control and maintain multiple projector networks.
